Vita-Lea Gummy provides 12 essential vitamins and minerals, including key nutrients of concern, including vitamins A, B6, B12, C, D, and E, niacin, folic acid, biotin, pantothenate, iodine, and zinc. Because of the format, gummy vitamins cannot provide as many nutrients as tablets do. When formulating this product, Shaklee focused on including all the critical nutrients to ensure that it meets the key nutritional needs for most people.
